We, Detail London, Ltd., a U.K. corporation operate with a Registered Business Office at 6b Parkway, Porters Wood, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL3 6PA, United Kingdom, as the data controller (“Detail London,” “we”, or “us”), explain in this Policy how we collect, process and/or use information that we receive via our websites, emails we send, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”) that link to this Policy, as amended from time to time. This Policy describes how Detail London collects, processes, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide. It also describes your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal information. Detail London and the partners we work with (our “clients”) use this information to comply with your request for information from us or as otherwise disclosed to you when you submit your information.
From time to time, we may refer to that information to better understand your needs and how we can improve our services. We may use that information to contact you. All candidate information will be kept on our database for as long as deemed necessary for a particular role or any potential roles dealt with by Detail London. We will not otherwise transfer the personally identifiable information you provide at this website to any third party unless otherwise disclosed to you – with your consent to do so.
Information You Give Us
When you fill out ‘Sign up’ or ‘Contact Us’ forms, submit your resume/CV, or provide us with other personal information actively, we collect that information about you to provide our services to you in accordance with this Policy. Because of the nature of our business we may change our offerings and features from time to time, which means the options we ask you to provide us with personal information, also may change, but here are some examples of situations in which you will have the opportunity to provide personal information to us:
